Our hour-long Wellness Evaluation and unrushed follow-up visits, allow the time and space we need to fully utilize the expertise of our Board-Certified Family Medicine physicians and family nurse practitioner instead of immediately referring new practice members to outside specialists. When we do need to refer, we work with a comprehensive network of specialists including gastroenterologists, cardiologists, gynecologic surgeons, and neurologists.
At MorningStar, we serve practice members age 8* and up, and work to meet your general medicine needs. Of course, we treat all illnesses as they present themselves, but we especially focus on prevention and early detection. We work with you to help you not just avoid disease, but also to reach and maintain a state of wellness.
By looking at your labs with you, explaining what they mean, and discussing your nutrition, exercise, and health and body goals, we help you move from just getting by to being the best you can be. We also offer Foundations For Optimal Health, an in-depth 3-month intensive curriculum and coaching program for those ready to take the next steps to Optimal Health.
